Compensation:
Our Service Providers are paid Commission on services performed plus gratuity. Meetings and training are paid hourly. Hourly estimates are based on Commission only; these amounts do not include tips, which are typically very generous!

Join the Highlands Day Spa team and embark on a journey where excellence meets relaxation! We're aiming to hire ONE amazing addition to our already glowing team of Front Desk Receptionists/Spa Attendants. We are currently looking for a Part Time candidate to work a variety of shifts consisting of 2-9pm Tuesday-Saturday, 8am to 5pm on Sundays, or 9am to 6pm. Weekend availability is required. Your schedule would consist of any variety of these shifts.

• Have their own reliable transportation capable of driving in North Idaho weather.

Duties include:

• Booking appointments

• Organizing rooms and spaces for client services

• Answering phones and helping clients

• Tidying up the client spaces

• Tidying up retail

• Meeting sales goals

• Using a cash drawer

• Washing, drying, and folding laundry

• Cleaning service rooms

• Making the spa look polished and put together at all times.

• Coordinating groups and multiple service bookings.

• Opening/closing the spa and the tasks involved.

• Helping with events of all shapes and sizes.

• Serving beer and wine

Applicants need to be at least 19 years of age as we serve beer and wine.
